About Us

Therapy rooted in care, culture, and connection

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) based in Ontario, offering fully virtual psychotherapy services. My clinical work supports children, individuals, and couples navigating a wide range of concerns, including symptoms of anxiety and depression, trauma-related experiences, immigration and cultural adjustment, relationship difficulties, stress, parent-child challenges, time management concerns, and other emotional or relational issues.

As a native Spanish speaker who spent the first 20 years of life immersed in Hispanic culture, I bring a culturally attuned lens to therapy. Sessions are available in English or Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural and supportive.
